Suggestions & Complaints

Our aim is to provide the best possible care for all our patients. We welcome all comments or compliments about the service that we provide.

Any compliments, concerns or complaints about the practice can be discussed with the Practice Manager or any Doctor. For formal complaints please write to the Practice Manager and you will receive a response within 10 working days.

We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of a NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our complaints system meets national criteria.

Alternatively, you may ask for an appointment with the Practice Manager in order to discuss your concerns. He will explain the complaints procedure to you and make sure your concerns are dealt with promptly.
