- To Protect Venerable patients that attend the practice and are more at risk to the Covid 19 Virus.
- To protect yourself from possible asymptomatic Patients carrying the Covid 19 Virus.
- To protect the staff working at the practice.

ACORN CENTRE - Clinics are on Thursdays, Fridays (11am - 3pm & 3.30pm - 7.30pm) and Saturdays (10am - 4pm) and appointments are available to book on the National Booking Service Book or manage your coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination - NHS (www.nhs.uk)

Please do not attend the Practice, please phone - All appointments are now conducted by phone, after being assessed you may be invited to attend the Practice.

Prescriptions can be ordered by using the prescription line from 9am-12pm
Prescriptions can be brought down (advise last resort) the box will be in the foyer, however where possible please nominate a pharmacy to collect your drugs from, and if not already done, sign up to online repeat prescription ordering.
NOTE: Patients will not be issued excessive amounts of their medication. This is so the drugs supply chain is maintained for all.

USE OF ELECTRONIC REPEAT DISPENSING - The practice is collaborating with NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) which is providing NHS numbers for those patients that may be suitable for electronic repeat dispensing prescriptions. The information is obtained from NHS prescriptions submitted to the NHSBSA.

How information about you helps us to provide better care
To book an appointment online and order your repeat prescriptions you need to register for access by clicking on the link below "Request to Register for Online Services" , once the practice receives this we can send your online activation instructions (if you recently moved please ensure we have your new address).
Patients wishing to have access to their medical record electronically can request a form from Reception, please be aware you will be requested to provide a copy of Identification(this is to protect your information).
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS: You should allow 48hrs for your repeat prescription to be processed as stated on the practice website and practice leaflet, unless informed otherwise.
The ordering of repeat prescriptions via the website is now available however you need to register for access to do this click the link below "Request to Register for Online Services".
