We have 1 Nurse Practitioner whom can prescribe, a Physicians Associate, two Practice Nurses and a Health Care Assistant who are fully trained to deliver a range of medical services. They can be seen during normal surgery hours – by appointment where possible – and at specific clinics.
Simon Royal is the Practice Manager and he would be happy to help you with any queries or problems you may have about the administrative or non-medical aspects of your health care. He is responsible for the day to day running of the practice and is available to discuss any suggestions or complaints. We have nine administrative staff including an Office Manager, Receptionists, Secretary, Clerical Officers and Notes Summariser.
All staff have undergone Care Navigation training and are ready to help you at any time. They may need to ask you for further details when you telephone for medical advice. – This is to ensure we can assist you as speedily as possible.
All staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as a GP.
Attached to the practice, we have midwifery staff whom run a clinic every Tuesday.
Thru the PCN we share Pharmacists helping with prescribing issues and a First Contact Physio (Both Part Time Roles)
